Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- answer, screen, and route phone calls to appropriate personnel
- manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives or managers
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- perform data entry and maintain filing systems
- address and resolve visitor or client inquiries and complaints
- provide information about the organization and its services as needed
- coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
- assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
- support other administrative staff with various tasks as required
