Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work weekends including 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekend shifts from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage phone calls directing inquiries to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for staff members
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and maintaining office supplies
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Provide support as a personal assistant to management when necessary
  • Utilize Google Workspace for document creation scheduling and communication tasks
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times
