We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our esteemed team. This role is integral to the smooth operation and positive atmosphere of our dealership. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, making their experience both welcoming and efficient. Scheduled from Monday through Saturday, with split days off allowing a choice of either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off, this position demands a strong sense of commitment, as Saturday work is required. Compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role within our team.
The Receptionist at National Indoor RV Centers will have a broad range of responsibilities spanning customer service, administrative tasks, and communication. This person will greet visitors, manage multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and assist in various administrative duties like invoicing, filing, and inventory management. Serving as a backup notary, they will support both customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, the Receptionist will promote a professional image while fostering positive relationships within the organization and maintaining adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience in a receptionist or front office role
