Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in healthcare setting, preferably skilled nursing facility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test
  • Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle resident concerns and complaints timely and appropriately
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages
  • Schedule appointments, update calendars, and maintain records
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
