FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Springwoods Behavioral Health is an affiliated 80-bed acute care behavioral health facility located in Northwest Arkansas and has been providing quality health care to the residents of Northwest Arkansas since 2009. The hospital provides 24-hour acute care behavioral health services. Springwoods Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic and talented Receptionist to serve as the communication and information center for the hospital. This position correctly answers and routes all incoming telephone calls, takes messages, and ensures smooth functioning of the hospital switchboard and telephone communications. The Receptionist cordially greets and receives hospital guests, establishes their needs, and appropriately directs visitors.
