Compensation for this position ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience, and comes with significant benefits such as five weeks of paid time off (including 15 flex days and 8 holidays), fully covered health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan after one year, complimentary care for the employee and immediate family, as well as birthday gifts, work anniversary bonuses, and a supportive, fun workplace culture. The work schedule is Monday and Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Tuesday with rotating early or late shifts, Wednesday 7am to 4pm, and Friday 7am to 2pm, with no weekend work required.
