The role of Front Desk Receptionist at Columbus Endoscopy Center LLC is a full-time position critical to the smooth functioning of the center’s patient intake and administrative operations. This role requires a professional who will serve as the initial point of contact for patients, families, healthcare providers, and staff. Responsibilities include admitting patients, processing their paperwork accurately, and updating patient records within the system to ensure seamless healthcare delivery. Managing incoming phone calls efficiently is a key priority, ensuring that queries are handled promptly and patients receive the necessary information and support.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable operating standard office equipment, and have familiarity with medical terminology and hospital clerical processes preferred.
