The Receptionist role at EisnerAmper’s Boston office is a key frontline position under the general supervision of the office manager. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is highly organized, energetic, and passionate about providing exceptional service to both clients and staff. The receptionist will be responsible for managing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. Duties include greeting clients and visitors with a positive attitude, assisting them in navigating the office, handling phone calls professionally, coordinating conference room schedules, and supporting the administrative needs of partners, managers, and staff members. Additional responsibilities include managing mail distribution, supporting kitchen maintenance, assisting with AgilQuest Concierge system operations, and providing financial support such as daily deposits for the finance department. Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum of two years experience as a receptionist in a professional setting
- experience with administrative and clerical procedures

Job Duties
- Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- assisting clients in finding their way around the office
- announcing clients as necessary
- assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, faxing, collating, sending outgoing certified mail, FedEx, and taking notes
- sort and distribute mail and deliveries when received
- notify staff about incoming packages
- answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- AgilQuest Concierge
- help with a variety of system override situations
- assist with room reservations, maintain a desk reservation waitlist, and notify employees when space becomes available
- coordinate conference room scheduling and ensure spaces remain clean, organized, and ready for use
- maintain the order of the kitchen, coffee machines, and other appliances, as well as order supplies for the kitchen
- support for high level partners, managers, and staff
- type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
- assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- protect and maintain client’s confidentiality
- support the finance department with daily deposits of checks received in office for EisnerAmper
