Over the years, it has rapidly grown by upholding core values of quality, honesty, and care, making it a trusted name in the Midland community. The practice is deeply committed to community outreach and fosters an environment that encourages internal growth, offering employees the opportunity to build long-term careers rather than just jobs. As a company that values warmth, professionalism, and dedication, Familia Dental attracts talented professionals who share its vision of making a positive difference every day. Their Midland office is particularly renowned for its patient-centered care, state-of-the-art facilities, and a supportive team atmosphere. Employees here participate in regular team meetings, huddles, and continuous training, making the workplace an engaging and collaborative environment.
The role of a Front Desk Receptionist at Familia Dental's Midland office is an essential pillar in delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency. This full-time position calls for a dedicated, outgoing individual who thrives in a fast-paced and community-oriented dental setting. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and managing their appointments with precision and professionalism. This role involves not only welcoming patients but also maintaining accurate patient records, verifying insurance eligibility, handling claim submissions, and managing payment collections. The receptionist must be adept at multitasking and communicating clearly while operating within the framework of insurance plans and dental office protocols. Additionally, the position requires sensitivity to the emotional needs of patients, the capacity to follow detailed instructions from healthcare professionals, and the ability to adhere closely to HIPAA regulations and federal safety standards. Work hours are Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays, offering a schedule that suits a committed and reliable team player. This role promises an engaging career opportunity for those passionate about dental care, customer service, and being part of a growing team that values internal growth and community impact.
