Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, prospective residents, and guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently
  • respond to general questions and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • serve as an important first point of contact for the community, creating a positive and welcoming environment
  • maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
  • direct prospective residents and inquiries to the Sales & Marketing team
  • assist visitors and families by helping them navigate the community
  • monitor visitor sign-in procedures and welcome guests according to community protocols
  • support positive interactions between residents, visitors, and staff
  • assist with filing, data entry, mail distribution, and other administrative tasks
  • support the Sales & Marketing Director and team with clerical duties as assigned
  • help manage incoming packages and correspondence
  • perform additional reception and office support responsibilities as needed to support daily operations
