  • familiarity with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • previous roles as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist are advantageous but not required
  • demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple priorities efficiently
