The position available at Dogtopia is that of a Canine Concierge, a vital and engaging role that serves as the first point of contact for all pet parents and visitors to the facility. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who love dogs, possess strong organizational skills, and have a business-minded, proactive attitude. The Canine Concierge is responsible for ensuring that every visitor experiences exceptional customer service, seamless daycare enrollments, and an overall welcoming environment aligned with Dogtopia’s mission. This includes conducting tours of the facility, coordinating meet-and-greet appointments, handling calls and follow-ups with prospective and current clients, and managing social media posts to keep the community engaged.

In addition to its customer-interaction duties, the Canine Concierge manages essential administrative tasks such as operating the POS system, using various computer software including MS Office and iOS applications, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. The Canine Concierge is also expected to multitask efficiently, balancing the needs of the canine coaches in playrooms with ongoing customer service efforts.
