This collective commitment to luxury service infused with genuine heart sets Four Seasons apart as a leader in the hospitality industry. The organization is celebrated not only for its world-class accommodations and amenities but also for the unique and enduring experiences it crafts for every guest. Four Seasons believes that life's richness comes from authentic connections with people and the environment, and this belief resonates throughout its operations and culture.
The Four Seasons Hotel Austin exemplifies this philosophy in an extraordinary lakeside setting that reflects the unique vibe of the city itself. Situated in the heart of downtown Austin on the banks of Lady Bird Lake, this luxury hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, serving as an ideal escape for visitors eager to explore Austin's vibrant cultural scene. The hotel boasts 286 guest rooms and suites, two acclaimed dining venues—Ciclo and Live Oak—a full-service luxury spa, and 17,121 square feet of versatile event space. As one of Austin's longstanding luxury hotels, it is treasured for its legendary service and well-appointed accommodations. Guests return repeatedly for not only the comfort but also the exciting seasonal events and innovative food and beverage experiences that the hotel continually presents.
Currently, Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking motivated individuals to join its dynamic Rooms Team as Front Desk Agents. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and delightful arrival and departure experience for guests, serving as the essential point of contact and the face of the hotel’s front office. Front Desk Agents are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing guest inquiries and concerns, and embodying the spirit of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand represents. The position demands a team player who respects and values collaboration, understanding that satisfying guest needs is a shared responsibility. Candidates should be excited about delivering superior rooms experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem-solving are daily requirements. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a prestigious hotel brand known for its world-class standards and commitment to employee development.
The schedule at Four Seasons Hotel Austin reflects the operational demands of a 24/7, 365-day service environment, requiring flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees are supported with a comprehensive range of benefits including complimentary medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days, discounted room stays worldwide, employee meals prepared by the Four Seasons Culinary Team, uniform care services, and parking arrangements in downtown Austin. Additionally, discounted public transportation options, access to Four Seasons beds and bedding, Gold’s Gym membership, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, 401k with company matching, full company-paid parental leave, and abundant opportunities for professional growth make this position highly attractive.
Four Seasons is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, welcoming applications from minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. The company’s culture is built on the Golden Rule and is continuously evolving to promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging. This commitment ensures a supportive environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to the brand’s legacy of excellence in luxury hospitality.
