We are currently seeking enthusiastic and business-minded individuals to join our team as Canine Concierges in a part-time capacity. The Canine Concierge role is pivotal as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every pet parent feels confident in entrusting us with their pets' care. This opportunity is perfect for those who genuinely love dogs and wish to deepen their understanding of canine behavior and training. As a Canine Concierge at Dogtopia, you will engage in various responsibilities that blend customer service, sales, and operational tasks. You will be actively involved in selling daycare enrollments, leading facility tours, scheduling meet-and-greet appointments, and following up with pet owners via phone and text. Additionally, managing social media content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, operating point of sale (POS) systems, and answering phones and emails will be part of your daily routine. We seek professionals who can confidently multitask, balancing the needs of customers and Canine Coaches in playrooms, all while upholding Dogtopia's mission and values.
