Job Requirements
- U.S. work authorization required

Job Qualifications
- Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in front office and/or concierge responsibilities
- knowledge of the city, activities, and restaurants
- willingness to experience various restaurants and activities to gain more knowledge
- ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- excellent written and verbal grammar and composition skills
- works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Job Duties
- Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible
- assure that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged
- arrange for luggage to be delivered to guest room
- issue correct keys to the guest
- actively share with guests the exclusivity of hotel services, enhanced room products, and unique food and beverage options
- handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints
- assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, events, and directions
- ensure desk collateral and information for restaurants, attractions, maps, and local venues are updated
- check out guests at end of stay, ascertain satisfaction, collect keys, post late charges, and settle bills
- maintain balanced bank assigned by the hotel, make change, cash checks, exchange foreign currency, reconcile all transactions at shift end
