- previous customer service experience
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to work morning and afternoon shifts
- strong communication skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Welcomes and registers hotel guests
- explains accommodations and establishes credit or method of payment
- checks guests out of the hotel and prepares and explains the bill
- responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations and touches
- maintains a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- delivers excellent customer service under pressure
- accurately records guest information and transactions
