Job Duties

  • Welcomes and registers hotel guests
  • explains accommodations and establishes credit or method of payment
  • checks guests out of the hotel and prepares and explains the bill
  • responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations and touches
  • maintains a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • delivers excellent customer service under pressure
  • accurately records guest information and transactions
