Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • manage front desk traffic and building access awareness
  • answer, route, and provide general information to callers
  • process daily incoming and outgoing mail and packages including FedEx
  • scan, save, and file documents as needed
  • support training center and meeting setups and breakdowns
  • order, stock, and organize office and kitchen/restroom supplies
  • maintain neat reception and common areas
  • submit and track work orders with property management
  • support facilities and parking-related requests
  • assist with meetings and events including food orders, setup, and cleanup
  • troubleshoot basic office equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
  • prepare routine reports as requested
  • support business continuity efforts and participate in office emergency procedures
  • handle special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
