The Front Desk Receptionist position at RLW is a crucial role within the administrative team that offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking growth and a dynamic work environment. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing accurate and courteous communication, and maintaining the reception area. The Receptionist will initially train in Frederick, Colorado, for a couple of months before relocating to the Greeley, Colorado office. Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of administration or front desk experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills via phone, email and in person
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update office calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, completing print and scan jobs, etc.
