This role requires proficiency in key software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and 10-key calculator, facilitating the management of daily tasks and responsibilities.

In addition to front desk duties, the role encompasses ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating with IT vendors for website updates and changes, and maintaining various client and vendor insurance coverage certificates. The candidate must exhibit strong organizational skills, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to managing multiple responsibilities. Special projects may be assigned, making flexibility and adaptability important traits. Job Requirements
