Job Duties
- Answer the phone and make appointments
- Give tours
- Check in and out boarders, daycare, and grooms
- Answer questions about fees and policies
- Call veterinary clinics for vaccination information
- Call clients to remind them about appointments
- Helping pet owners with their pets
- Recording pet feeding, medication, elimination and behavior
- Providing pets with TLC
- Housekeeping duties throughout the facility
