This role of Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, in-office position with working hours from 7 am to 4 pm MST, Monday through Friday, located in Fort Collins. Starting at $19 per hour, the role is crucial in providing the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience aligned with Madwire's values. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and maintaining a tidy and functional reception area. Beyond administrative tasks, the role requires excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused approach to support the company’s operations smoothly. The position demands proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and printers. This role also involves taking proactive measures to resolve issues and efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities according to the company’s needs.

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
