Job Requirements
- Availability Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- full-time permanent position
- work on-site at Naperville Salon
- must greet clients and check pets in and out
- handle dogs safely and compassionately
- answer phones, schedule appointments, reply to emails
- provide price quotes and manage front desk operations
- able to close and lock the salon independently after training
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience
- front desk experience
- familiarity with dog handling and basic animal behavior knowledge
- good communication skills including phone and email
- ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- team player with independent work capability
- prior professional or volunteer experience with dogs is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Greet clients and check pets in and out
- handle dogs safely and compassionately
- answer phones, schedule appointments, reply to emails
- provide price quotes and manage front desk operations
- educate clients and promote services and products
- perform closing responsibilities by closing and locking the salon independently after training
