Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of related hospitality or office support experience
  • Ability to lift thirty-five pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee copy, print, and supply areas ensuring availability and functionality
  • Coordinate catering and cafeteria services to provide hospitality support
  • Support mail handling and tax processing tasks as part of reception specialties
  • Assist with procurement, records management, and facilities support
  • Handle multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency
