Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior receptionist or administrative experience preferably in a professional services legal or hospitality setting
  • proficiency with microsoft office and office phone systems
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • greet and assist clients visitors and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer screen and route incoming calls
  • take and relay messages accurately
  • manage conference room scheduling and prepare meeting spaces
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail deliveries and courier services
  • maintain reception area and ensure a welcoming office environment
  • provide administrative support including data entry document handling and basic filing
  • coordinate with attorneys and staff to support client needs and office workflow
