  • Experience in hospitality, concierge services, hotel front desk, or high-touch customer service environments
  • Ability to connect with people and provide exceptional service
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Availability on weekends including Saturday and Sunday

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming, professional first impression for all guests, residents, and families
  • Manage a multi-line phone system with confidence and courtesy
  • Coordinate visitor flow and support daily community operations
  • Handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Serve as a key communication hub for team members, residents, and visitors
