Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors and ensure a welcoming front office experience
- Manage incoming emails and general inquiries, routing messages to the appropriate team members
- Assist customers with basic questions and service inquiries
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Perform data entry and light administrative support as needed
- Assist with document preparation and basic office tasks
- Support team communication during busy seasons
