As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors warmly, managing appointments and calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, maintaining filing systems, supporting office management tasks including supply inventory and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and providing prompt customer support by addressing inquiries courteously.

Candidates should possess strong computer literacy, excellent phone etiquette, and exceptional organizational and time management skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve our diverse clientele. Previous experience in an office or administrative role, including clerical tasks such as filing and data entry, is essential. While medical or dental receptionist experience is a plus, personal assistant experience is also beneficial.

Job Requirements
