Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing or administrative roles
- Previous law firm experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Clear-spoken with strong phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a client-facing or administrative support role
- Previous experience working in a law firm, especially in foreclosure or real estate, is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email and calendaring
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for organizational purposes
- Familiarity with Google Sheets basics
- Clear-spoken and articulate communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including grammar and proofreading
Job Duties
- Act as the professional face of the firm by greeting all clients, vendors, and visitors with exceptional warmth and courtesy
- Operate a multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls for the firm and a separate company in the building
- Manage a light volume of foot traffic ensuring a welcoming experience
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to partners and staff
- Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Monitor and oversee one attorney's email correspondence
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lobby, conference rooms, and kitchen area
- Manage calendaring of hearings and other critical events with timely entry and notifications
- Maintain client records and files in a 100 percent electronic paperless environment
- Engage in more advanced legal support tasks such as coordinating hearings and direct client communication as growth potential
