Job Duties
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival
- guide clients to their corresponding stations and inform nail technicians of client arrival
- book and confirm appointments via text message and phone
- process transactions and issue receipts
- provide proper hospitality to enhance clients' experience by engaging in conversation and offering beverages
- sell services and products including cuticle oils, scrubs, and gift cards
- photograph manicures and produce social media content during shifts
