We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic Vision Clinic team. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend shifts, making it ideal for individuals seeking balance between work and personal life. As the first and last point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in shaping the patient journey by providing a warm and professional welcome as they enter the clinic. The receptionist is responsible for greeting patients with friendliness and compassion, efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments with meticulous attention to detail, and verifying insurance benefits while clearly explaining them to patients.

In this role, professionalism and a positive demeanor are essential, as the receptionist represents the high standards and caring environment of Vision Clinic. No prior optometry or medical office experience is required, as the clinic offers a comprehensive training program to equip new hires with all necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
