Job Requirements
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Morning, evening and/or weekend availability
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Be the first and last impression for members and guests
- Greet everyone with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
- Handle check-ins, class sign-ups, membership questions, and retail sales
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and help direct inquiries
- Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and presentable
- Assist with scheduling tours and supporting the sales and coaching teams
- Uphold and communicate gym policies with confidence and kindness
- Handle transactions for gear, supplements, sauna sessions, and more
- Deliver top-tier customer service every day
