The Front Desk Receptionist role at Columbia Surgery Center is pivotal to the smooth operation of the facility. This role acts as the primary point of contact for patients, families, physicians, vendors, and staff, embodying the center’s values of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for admitting patients, managing paperwork, updating patient information, collecting balances, and handling funds in accordance with office procedures. Additionally, the Front Desk Receptionist supports various business office duties including chart preparation and may be required to float to different locations as needed to provide staff coverage. This is a full-time, daytime position with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering a healthy work-life balance with no night, weekend, or holiday shifts.
