Job Description
Familia Dental, established in 2008, is a prominent dental care provider that has grown rapidly due to its commitment to quality dentistry and a compassionate approach toward all patients. The company prides itself on core values such as quality, honesty, and care, which are reflected in every aspect of its practice. Beyond providing excellent dental services, Familia Dental places a strong emphasis on community outreach and internal growth, fostering a supportive environment where employees can thrive and contribute positively to their communities. This dedication makes the company an excellent place to build a meaningful and rewarding career, transforming jobs into lifelong vocations.
The Green Bay West Mason Street office of Familia Dental is currently seeking part-time or full-time Front Desk Receptionists to join their dynamic team. This role is vital as the first point of contact for patients, involving checking in patients efficiently, verifying insurance eligibility, managing appointment schedules, and handling payments for services. The receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate patient records, and upholding compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and OSHA.
This position suits individuals who possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a caring attitude, as front desk receptionists often interact with patients who may have dental anxieties or require sensitive handling. Candidates should be comfortable using dental management software, have basic computer knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. With a strong focus on teamwork, candidates will attend regular meetings and participate in office activities designed to enhance service delivery and foster continuous improvement.
The role offers flexible working hours from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30 am to 5 pm on Saturdays, accommodating various provider schedules. Full-time employees work four or more days per week, totaling 30-40 hours, including occasional Saturdays, and full shifts of 8-10 hours. Part-time employees have flexible options, working two or more days a week with 29 hours or less, including multiple half-day shifts or fewer full-day shifts, also potentially on Saturdays.
Familia Dental supports its staff with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and time off, access to financial advisors, life and disability insurance options, and on-demand pay. The company values internal growth, offering training and opportunities for career advancement within the practice. Whether you are starting a new career or seeking a supportive dental office environment, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully while benefiting from a stable and rewarding workplace.
