Job Description
Familia Dental, established in 2008, is a thriving dental practice located in Green Bay with a strong commitment to quality dentistry and compassionate patient care. Over the years, the company has experienced rapid growth due to its dedication to core values such as honesty, care, and excellence. Familia Dental is much more than a dental office; it is a community-focused establishment that actively engages in outreach programs to give back and make a positive impact. The company deeply believes in fostering internal growth, offering employees opportunities to develop their careers over time rather than just providing jobs. The collaborative workplace culture supports employees in building long-term careers, making Familia Dental an attractive place to work for those who want to contribute meaningfully and grow professionally.
The Green Bay West Mason Street office is currently seeking part-time or full-time Front Desk Receptionists to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for patients, blending customer service with administrative tasks to create a smooth and welcoming patient experience. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for efficiently checking in patients, verifying their insurance eligibility, managing appointment scheduling, and processing payments for services rendered. You will interact directly with patients and healthcare providers, demonstrating patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
The position offers flexible scheduling with multiple shifts available to accommodate a variety of work preferences, including morning and evening shifts from Monday to Friday and weekends on Saturdays. Full-time employment involves working 30-40 hours per week with occasional Saturday work, while part-time roles require 29 hours or less per week with flexible half-day or full-day shift options. Familia Dental provides comprehensive training for all new employees, ensuring you are well-prepared to perform your duties effectively. The role also requires an understanding of insurance protocols, HIPAA regulations, OSHA safety standards, and company policies to maintain compliance and confidentiality.
Joining Familia Dental means becoming part of a supportive family that values quality care and personal growth. The company offers competitive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and time off, access to financial advisors, and life insurance options. Additionally, employees have access to voluntary short-term and long-term disability insurance plans and an innovative on-demand pay program that allows you to access your earnings before payday. Whether you are starting your career or looking for a meaningful role in a respected dental practice, Familia Dental provides a nurturing environment where your contributions are valued and your professional development is encouraged.
