Job Description
Our clinic is a dedicated healthcare facility committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and organized environment. We specialize in offering comprehensive medical services with a focus on patient satisfaction and operational excellence. As a reputable clinic, we pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative team culture where each member plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. We employ a range of health professionals and administrative staff who work together to deliver efficient healthcare services, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, attended to, and valued.
The Front Desk Receptionist role is a full-time, in-person position offering an hourly wage of $17 with an annual performance-based raise of 3 to 5 percent. This position is crucial as the initial point of contact for patients visiting the clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for numerous administrative and operational tasks that facilitate patient flow and clinic management. With a typical workweek totaling 38 to 40 hours, scheduled from Monday to Saturday with specific shifts, this role requires reliability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This role is especially suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, patient-facing environments and enjoy working within a supportive, team-oriented setting. The receptionist will handle patient check-ins, manage appointment schedules, maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), and perform various communication duties such as answering phones and responding to emails promptly. Maintaining an organized workspace and ensuring administrative accuracy are also integral parts of the role. This position offers a great opportunity for frontline healthcare administrative personnel to contribute significantly to the clinic's success while developing valuable skills in health operations management and patient interaction. Experience with electronic health record systems is preferred but not mandatory, making this a promising entry point for candidates aiming to advance their careers in healthcare administration.
