The Front Desk Receptionist role is a full-time, in-person position offering an hourly wage of $17 with an annual performance-based raise of 3 to 5 percent. This position is crucial as the initial point of contact for patients visiting the clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for numerous administrative and operational tasks that facilitate patient flow and clinic management. With a typical workweek totaling 38 to 40 hours, scheduled from Monday to Saturday with specific shifts, this role requires reliability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This role is especially suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, patient-facing environments and enjoy working within a supportive, team-oriented setting. The receptionist will handle patient check-ins, manage appointment schedules, maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), and perform various communication duties such as answering phones and responding to emails promptly.   • Experience using EHR systems preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and ensure they sign in
  • Prepare and distribute new patient paperwork packets
  • Scan and upload completed paperwork into the EHR system
  • Create and maintain accurate patient profiles in the EHR
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar availability
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-ups
  • Answer all incoming phone calls to the clinic
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and faxes
  • Maintain organized records and ensure administrative accuracy
  • Support clinic staff with day-to-day administrative needs
