  • Part-time position (must have weekday and some Saturday availability)

Job Duties

  • Greet clients in a warm, professional manner and ensure a positive first impression
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Answer phone calls, texts, and client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Support light social media activity (posting on stories, engaging when needed)
  • Help promote services, specials, and encourage client rebooking
