Job Duties
- Greet and check in customers when they arrive at the studio
- assist with client inquiries and educate clients about our service offerings
- promote product selection and membership programs
- manage the schedule and provide creative solutions to optimize the client experience
- support service providers as needed
- reschedule clients if necessary
- participate in defined community outreach events
