You will handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Dealership Software or similar accounting platforms when necessary, further reinforcing the multifaceted nature of this role.

The Front Desk Receptionist will also support various office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and managing correspondence. A key part of your duties will involve leveraging your computer skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to execute daily tasks and communications effectively. Moreover, assisting customer service efforts by providing timely assistance and support to clients will be fundamental to this position.

Our pay rate for this role ranges between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to valuing skilled administrative professionals.
