Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately
- manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette
- handle incoming calls, screen inquiries, and transfer calls efficiently
- maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and accurate record keeping
- support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence
- utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks
- perform basic bookkeeping functions using Dealership Software or similar accounting software when needed
- support customer service efforts by providing timely assistance and support to clients
