The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, providing essential screening and directing them appropriately. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a pleasant demeanor to manage interactions professionally, particularly via telephone. Additionally, the position involves routine office duties such as sorting mail, filing case materials, scheduling appointments, and providing clerical support like typing assistance. While advanced clerical skills are not mandatory, the ability to pass a typing test and possess a high school diploma are required for this role.
