Job Requirements
- Fluency in Korean and English
- previous medical office experience including insurance benefit checks patient schedule management registration cleaning and inventory checks
- excellent patient care and interpersonal manner
- proactive attitude towards promoting opportunities and increasing benefits for management
- willingness to consider advancement to managerial positions at multiple locations
- ability to work full-time or part-time
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
- strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- bilingual abilities are a plus enhancing communication with diverse clients
- solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- previous experience in clerical or administrative positions is highly valued
- knowledge of calendar management and time management techniques is essential
- experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks is beneficial but not mandatory
- strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
- a background in customer service or personal assistant roles will be advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- manage multi-line phone systems directing calls to the appropriate personnel
- perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents typing correspondence and managing office supplies
- provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- support office management functions to ensure a productive work environment
- assist with administrative duties related to dental or medical reception as required
