Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, managing incoming communications via phone and email, scheduling appointments efficiently, verifying insurance details, and assisting with vital medical billing and documentation tasks. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, Microsoft Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced medical environment is essential. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay range from $17.00 to $18.00 and is based in-person at our clinic. Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant front desk or medical office experience
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
