Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with office tools and systems including phone, email, scheduling software, shipping tools, and access systems

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or demonstrated equivalent experience in office administration or customer-facing roles

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in visitors, clients, and employees and direct them to the appropriate locations
  • Answer, transfer, and manage incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sign for, and distribute packages and mail
  • create shipping labels as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and confirm deliveries
  • Schedule and set up meetings, including conference room management
  • Assist with employee onboarding and provide support for Brivo access
  • Maintain a clean and organized front lobby and reception area
  • Support office operations by managing supplies, ordering lunch or other items, and assisting with ad hoc projects
  • Prepare monthly tasks including anniversary and birthday lists, ordering cakes, business cards, and writing personal notes for customers
  • File checks and important documents, and help collect signatures for legal documents
