  • proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required
  • coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules
  • assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document handling
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries
  • support HR and administrative teams with onboarding paperwork or general office tasks as needed
  • communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
