Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
- answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
- maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required
- coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules
- assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document handling
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries
- support HR and administrative teams with onboarding paperwork or general office tasks as needed
- communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
