Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar front desk or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
- Willingness to work on a part-time basis in person
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong computer literacy
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in an administrative role
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to maintain organized records
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for staff members
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and correspondence
