The company has built long-lasting partnerships by fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture that respects individual employee needs while aligning with organizational goals. PATHS emphasizes a comfortable and progressive work environment where teamwork and individual development flourish. This nurturing atmosphere helps ensure that employees are motivated to achieve professional growth and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success.

The Front Desk Receptionist position at PATHS, based in the Allentown, PA office, plays a critical role in embodying the company's mission and values. This includes greeting visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, managing mail and deliveries, and ensuring smooth administrative communications. This position demands excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish), attention to detail, and adept organizational abilities. Moreover, the role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel to facilitate efficient operation of front-office tasks.
