Job Requirements

  • Reliable personal transportation required
  • Full schedule flexibility required, including extended shifts
  • Ability to prioritize this role as primary employment
  • No school, training or external obligations that limit required hours or extended shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Prior customer service or reception experience
  • Spa background a plus
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, composed, and professional demeanor
  • Competent with scheduling tools, POS systems, and basic software
  • Passion for personal wellness, aesthetics, and high-quality service delivery
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism on phone and in-person
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointment bookings
  • Handle check-ins/check-outs and payments
  • Answer phone promptly and courteously
  • Assist with retail product sales or service upgrades when appropriate
  • Keep the front desk and lobby area neat, serene, and inviting
  • Communicate effectively with spa therapists and team members
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, locker rooms and common areas
  • Assist with housekeeping duties such as clean bathroom, sanitizing surfaces, refreshing towels, and tidying up client spaces when needed
