Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish
- 0-2 years related experience or training preferred
- experience handling multiple phone lines preferred
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and customer service skills

- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience as a receptionist or front office representative preferred but not required
- 0-2 years related experience or training preferred
- experience handling multiple phone lines preferred
- strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- keep organized patient records and help patient schedules flow smoothly
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls according to company protocol
- process and understand managed care plans and obtain necessary insurance information
- provide customers with basic and accurate information
- schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes
- file all patient records daily and prepare files for the next day
- check order statuses and notify customers of updates or delays
- maintain reception area tidiness and ensure availability of all necessary materials
- receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- maintain inventory of office supplies
- participate in mandatory communication meetings
