We value the importance of positive first impressions in a medical office and aim to create a comfortable atmosphere for both patients and staff alike. Our team includes experienced receptionists and medical receptionists who work collaboratively to ensure smooth front desk operations, quality patient interactions, and seamless office functionality.

We are currently seeking a welcoming and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This part-time position, offering 25 to 30 hours per week at a competitive pay rate between $13.00 and $16.00 per hour, presents an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting or continuing a career in office administration, especially within a medical setting. The successful candidate will be the face of our practice, responsible for greeting patients warmly, managing multi-line phone systems, handling incoming correspondence, and supporting various administrative tasks vital to our daily operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong organizational skills and a positive attitude. Whether you come with a wealth of receptionist experience, medical or dental office background, or even personal assistant experience, or are new to the field but eager to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply. We provide a supportive environment where our experienced team will help you get acquainted with internal processes, including the use of electronic medical records and HIPAA-compliant software. Computer proficiency is essential as the role requires managing scheduling systems, data entry, scanning, and maintaining office supply inventories.

Your responsibilities will not only involve administrative duties but also playing a key part in maintaining a friendly and professional front desk atmosphere, which helps foster excellent patient relations and office efficiency. If you are organized, efficient, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting where every day presents new challenges and opportunities, this Front Desk Receptionist position is an excellent fit.
