Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist, service advisor, or automotive shop experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle high volume of calls and customers
- basic computer proficiency
- dependability and punctuality
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- professional and courteous demeanor
- ability to stay calm under pressure
- bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, service advisor, or automotive shop experience preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment
- basic computer skills, shop management software experience is a plus
- familiarity with diesel or automotive repair terminology is preferred but not required
- bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
- highly organized and detail-oriented

- ability to stay calm under pressure during busy periods
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression
- answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments
- open and manage repair orders accurately
- communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians and service advisors
- provide status updates to customers via phone, text, or email
- process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping entries
- coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
- maintain organized records of work orders and customer information
- assist with parts ordering and vendor communication as needed
- keep front office and waiting area clean and organized
