The role of Front Desk Receptionist at Pure 111 is pivotal to the clinic’s ongoing success in both patient acquisition and retention. This full-time position, requiring 38-40 hours per week, offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for new and returning patients. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional and seamless experience that reflects the clinic's high standards of care and professionalism. Your duties will extend beyond typical reception tasks; you will actively contribute to patient education by using consultative selling skills to introduce and explain the clinic’s services, help overcome objections, and ensure each patient feels valued and confident in their choices.

Your role will support a smooth flow of clinic operations by efficiently managing scheduling, handling patient check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining well-organized administrative processes. Additionally, you will assist in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere by greeting patients with friendliness and professionalism, escorting them to exam rooms, and guaranteeing their comfort throughout their visit. Your ability to multi-task and communicate effectively will be essential in managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and running promotional activities.

Candidates ideal for this position will have at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a medical or aesthetic setting. Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a highly attractive asset, alongside proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software. Job Duties
